4 keys to enjoying life and being happy

  1. Be happy for others
  2. Have compassion for those who are struggling
  3. Celebrate those who do what we do and do it better
  4. Disregard the wicked

According to Patanjali and the ancient wisdom of yoga as shared by my teacher today!

i received a beautiful compliment from two fellow yogis today … they thanked me for my smile throughout class today. they said it energized and inspired them. to practice yoga is such a gift. to be alive and healthy and able to move freely is precious. i am very grateful.
